With over three decades of experience in real estate, Jan
Paulk has been helping buyers, sellers,  investors, and Agents achieve their goals
since 1987. As a seasoned professional, she has worn many hats in the industry,
all while staying committed to providing top-tier service.  She is currently serving as a Sales
Manager, Referral/Relocation Director, and Trainer at Century 21 Smith
Branch.

A Graduate of the REALTORS® Institute and a Certified
Residential Specialist, Jan brings extensive knowledge and expertise to
every transaction. Her credentials also include Accredited REO Agent, Short
Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification, Seller Representative Specialist,
and  Seniors Real Estate Specialist,
making her a trusted name in the South Georgia real estate market.  She has been a leader in the industry, serving
as Past President and Director of the Tiftarea Board of REALTORS®, and
was honored as the 1996 REALTOR® of the Year.  She has continued to serve the Board on
several committees.

Jan is married to Thad Paulk (another Realtor) and when time
allows, they love to spend time with family (ask them about the grandkids!!!)
and friends and try to travel as much as possible!
